Currently, to give you the lowest cost on shipping, we are using PirateShip to eliminate the costly UPS, USPS, FedEX etc. fees. We are seeing 20-35% discounts by working through PirateShip over the big shipping companies and we want to pass the savings to you.

Return Costs

If you changed your mind after receiving he candle and would like to exchange or you want your money back, shipping fees are non refundable and the purchaser bears all shipping costs unless the item arrived broken from the shipping company or the wrong item is in the package.

Returns & Exchanges

Things happen during shipping that are outside our control, but we want to make things right. If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong items, please take a picture immediately (within 15 days) without using the products and send the mail to shilohnco@gmail.com. Upon receiving and evaluating the pictures, we may issue a refund or replacement at your choice if the product is unused and or damaged.
